(1) The Administrative Courts Rules, 2044 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Administrative Court Regulations, 2044 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these Regulations.
(3) The matters written in this regulation shall be in accordance with this regulation and in accordance with the prevailing laws in others.
